Questions
If someone I know
wants to register, but doesn't have internet access, can I
do it for him?
Yes. Exodus policy
allows you to register others for the conference. However,
you will become responsible for ensuring that the person(s)
you register receive(s) all confirmation materials and correspondence
that we send out via email. Further, all delegates must be
familiar with and in agreement with the Code of Conduct and
will be required to sign the liability release when they check
in on campus.
Is there a conference
brochure available?
To request
a brochure send us an email
with your name and address to mail one to.
What if I want
to register for the conference, but will be arriving a day(s)
late?
Please see our Daily Registration
option for information on this. You will
need to check in the same as other delegates, and visit our
on-site Conference office once you arrive.
Will
Exodus help me in finding a roommate to help
me cut the costs of staying there?
See details
abou this on the Housing

My
spouse and/or children are coming to the conference. How do
I make arrangements for this?

any family members staying with delegates on campus, to attend
any of the conference, they must be registered for the day

I
am interested in helping promote the conference. What can
I do?
You can
request brochures from our office. The brochures are designed
so that you can use them as a poster alone or paired with
two that have the full conference information. This can be
displayed (with permission from the location owner) in churches,
community places, ministries, etc. You can also request additional
copies to distribute to people. Web banners are available,
as well as some print-quality graphics. Check here
for more details.

Technical Problems
Technical Problems we CAN address:
If you have problems linking to one of our webpages, if the
pages will not load, or if you are having problems downloading
any of the documents, this is a problem we may be able to
address.
[We may not be able to address error messages
related with your network connection or the computer software
(Netscape, Explorer, Windows, Outlook, etc)]
Please record any error messages you receive
and WHEN you receive them (what part in the
process) when contacting us. This will help us better
serve you. If you are having difficulties
and you would like our help, we would be happy to walk you
through it. We may be able to complete the registration here
from our office, or send you a hard copy of
our registration form that you could fill out by hand and
submit to us. You may try these several steps first to see
if it might alleviate the problem.
Things to Try:
- Check to be sure all text boxes with
Red Text on that page are filled
in.
- Check your information again to VERIFY that you have
entered the correct information.
- If the form does not seem to save your entered
data, you may need to empty out your files called
“Cookies.” Check the help menu in
your web-browser (Explorer, Netscape, etc) for instructions
on clearing out these files, which may solve your problem.
- Sometimes we may be addressing a technical issue, or
one of our service providers may be updating information.
Sometimes waiting 30 minutes or an hour and re-trying can
take care of any difficulties.
- If you have access to another computer, you can try using
the "continue registration" feature on our Registration
page.
Problems downloading conference materials online?
First of all, please determine whether or not you have the
correct application viewer. All of our forms are provided
in downloadable PDF format, to be read by Acrobat Reader or
a similar program. If you need the software to download, you
can visit the Adobe
website.
If you are still having difficulty, we can send you the file
either in hard copy by mail, by fax or by email attachment
so that you can have the requested materials. |
